Originally from Estevan, Sk, Chris grew up surrounded by the musical influences of many family members and friends, and mostly his father Donn. Around 2005, Chris realized his voice, sound, and heart was in Country Music and a new and focused direction was established for his career.

After releasing a debut album (Follow The Signs), and 4 singles to Canadian Country Radio, Chris spent a great deal of time on the road all across Canada promoting his work and his releases.

By 2011, Chris realized that there was only one way to further his career. The high school English teacher decided to put his day job to the side and pursue music on a full time basis.

Since then he's has been on the road more than he's been home, and has been one of the busiest recording acts in the country. He's won several awards and contests including: 620 CKRM Big Country Talent Search, "The Next Big Thing", 24 SCMA Award Nominations, and many national features such as the CCMA Fanfest Contest, and the Boots & Hearts Emerging Artist Showcase.

He released "My Turn" his 2nd studio album in 2014, which included "Don't Miss Your Kiss Goodbye", the SCMA "Song of the Year" in 2014, and Chris' first time breaking into the top 50 on the BDS charts, peaking at #47.

Chris most recently released his 3rd studio album, "The Charm", featuring songs such as "Craves the Chaos", "My Regret" and "Kissing Sadie", and joined the National Cast for Telemiracle, one of the longest running televised fundraisers in the world.

Watch for Chris on the road in 2017 and beyond!
